Welcome to Ar4HandsFurniture, where every piece is handcrafted in solid wood with care and precision. We believe in building long-term trust with our customers. Because we sell direct from our workshop in Lahore, our prices remain aligned with wholesale value — so you receive premium quality furniture at a fair and factory-direct price. Please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

Product Display & Authenticity

• We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, differences in screen brightness, resolution, and device settings may cause slight variations.

• Photos shown on our website or social media may include décor items or props used for styling and photography purposes — only the listed furniture product is included in the order.

• Since every piece is handcrafted in natural solid wood, slight variations in polish shade, wood grain pattern, or texture are normal. These variations are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

• Measurements are taken with professional care, but minor variations may occur due to manual craftsmanship.

• To build full trust, customers are welcome to visit our workshop/showroom in Lahore to see the quality of materials and craftsmanship before placing their order.

Order Placement & Payments

• To confirm your order, a 30% advance payment is required.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch of your order.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash deposit. Our team will share the official account details directly.

Delivery & Timelines

• 90–95% of our designs are ready for quick dispatch.

• For customized orders, standard delivery time is 2 weeks.

• In case of heavy customization (unique design, detailing, or rare materials), the delivery timeline may extend. Your promised delivery time will always be confirmed at order placement.

• Our logistics partners will coordinate with you for smooth and secure delivery across Pakistan.

Cancellations & Changes

We know that buying furniture is an important decision, and sometimes minds can change. That’s why we give you a 3-day comfort window after placing your order.

• Within these 3 days, you’re free to cancel or modify your order without any deduction.

• If you choose to cancel, we will return your 100% advance payment within 2–3 business days — no questions asked.

• After this period, once the crafting of your furniture begins, cancellation is no longer possible. However, our team will always try to accommodate feasible modifications depending on the design stage.

Warranty & After-Sales Support

• All our furniture is made in solid wood with professional craftsmanship.

• We offer a 1-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, exposure to water/moisture, or lack of care.

• Our team is always available on WhatsApp to guide you on furniture care and maintenance.
